The last opportunity to sign a petition (or submit signatures you have collected) to repeal Oxnard’s excessive 87% wastewater (sewer) rate increase is this weekend.
Our progress has been amazing. Considering the delay tactics and roadblocks that City Hall placed before us, we have come a long way since we kicked off our signature drive on April 30.
We are right on the edge of having enough signatures and the deadline is looming.
Whether we succeed or not all depends on what happens during these next few days.
To be very blunt, if we get enough signatures by this Sunday, we will be able to vote on the rate increases in November. If we don't, we won't.
If you have not signed the petition yet, please take a few minutes out of your day and sign the petition at any of these locations. Any registered Oxnard voter may sign, so encourage every one you know to be there.

We will be available to receive those collected signatures at any of the above times/locations and at 2130 Posada Drive, Oxnard, CA 93030 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday night.
